At VDL Adelaide Spare Parts Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
